Hope grew up in Cheshire, just outside of Manchester where she kept busy playing lacrosse for both her local teams and at county level. Before the big move to London, Hope studied chiropractic for 5 years at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic where her love for her work flourished.

Experiencing firsthand the physical demands and occasional injuries that come with being active, it was during her own journey of seeking relief that Hope discovered the incredible benefits of chiropractic care. Hope’s personal connection to powers of chiropractic care fuel her dedication to provide her patients with exceptional treatment and support.

With a passion for helping others, Hope is driven by the desire to see individuals regain their mobility, find relief from pain, and ultimately enhance their overall quality of life. Hope’s diversified skill set gained from university and post-graduate training include spinal manipulation and soft tissue techniques, mobilisations, trigger point therapy, as well as dry needling, taping and exercise rehabilitation advice. Hope’s diversified skill set supports her in not only treating the symptoms, but addressing the underlying issues and empowering her patients to take control of their health.

Outside of the clinic, Hope has recently found a passion for running as she sets her sights on training towards her first half marathon. Alongside this, she enjoys all things creative including cooking and exploring the many food markets of London keeps her busy on the weekends!
