Charlotte grew up in Surrey and qualified as a Chiropractor at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. Charlotte was passionate about health and wellbeing from a young age, and knew she wanted to pursue a career that allowed her to make a difference in people’s lives. After experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care herself, she was inspired to help others achieve their health goals and improve their quality of life.
Charlotte has a keen interest in treating a wide range of conditions, from sports injuries to everyday aches and pains. Having participated in various sports herself, including hockey, golf, and rugby, she understands the demands placed on the body and the importance of recovery.
Charlotte has a diversified set of skills that she has gained from university and various post-graduation courses, including spinal manipulation and soft tissue techniques, mobilisations, trigger point therapy as well as dry needling, taping and exercise rehabilitation. Charlotte is committed to tailoring care to each patient and helping them not only recover but thrive.
She also believes strongly in patient education, empowering people to understand the root cause of their discomfort and take steps to maintain their health independently.
Outside of chiropractic, Charlotte loves staying active throughout all her various sports and walks with her Border Collie called Bumble! She also enjoys cooking, art, and exploring the outdoors with friends and family.
