Cameron Alexander

Sports Therapist

Cameron Alexander

Cameron was born and raised in Surrey and always had a strong interest in staying active, and after three years of study at Southampton Solent University, qualified as a Sport and Exercise Therapist.
Early in his life Cameron developed an ongoing passion for improving physical health and wellbeing through his own sporting injuries. Experiencing the rehabilitation process first-hand inspired him to explore how the body adapts to training loads and recovers from injury, and how these processes can be optimised to help others.
As a Sports Therapist Cameron enjoys supporting people from all backgrounds and aims to help them in not only achieving but surpassing their goals. A few techniques that he utilises are personalised exercise rehabilitation programmes and a range of manual therapy techniques, including myofascial release, massage therapy, and PNF stretching to name a few.
He also believes that educating clients about the originating causes of their issues, and empowering them to build healthy habits, is key to helping them live happier and healthier lives. Additionally, Cameron continues to expand his clinical knowledge through ongoing professional development courses.
Outside of the clinic, Cameron stays active by going to the gym, walking his dogs and cycling in the countryside. His favourite pastime, however, is collecting old records and catching up with friends.
