Hope grew up in a small village in Cheshire before qualifying as a chiropractor at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic and moving down to London.

From a young age Hope sought after a career path which enabled her to help others. Hope’s keen interests in sports and being faced with her own injuries has allowed her to experience first-hand the benefits of chiropractic. This confirmed to her that chiropractic was the perfect profession for her! She enjoys treating with a diversified skillset including spinal manipulation, mobilisations, trigger point therapy and soft tissue massage. She is always enthusiastic about learning more to better her clinical knowledge and continues to complete several courses.

Outside of work Hope enjoys keeping active and is currently dipping her toes into marathon training, as well as playing lacrosse. She has a love for cooking and enjoys exploring the many food markets London has to offer!
