Helena Cope

Helena Cope

Chiropractor

Helena grew up in a small seaside town in Devon before moving to London wanting to explore the big city. Helena’s passion for chiropractic began from a young age having seen both of her parents benefit from treatment and then receiving treatment herself. This allowed her to see how chiropractic can improve your quality of life and she is grateful now be able to help people every day in work.

Helena qualified from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic and is always eager to learn new skills and broaden her techniques through courses and seminars throughout the year. During treatments she uses a variety of techniques such as spinal manipulation, mobilizations, exercise rehabilitation, trigger point therapy, IASTM and a combination of muscle and soft tissue techniques which are all tailored to your body’s needs. Throughout her time in practice she enjoys treating patients of all ages, helping them understand their diagnosis and how they can also help themselves along with chiropractic care.

When not in the clinic, Helena is an avid gym goer specialising in strength training. She understands how important optimal body function is in sporting performance- even if you are not in pain, it is important to understand and help your biomechanics to prevent injury in the future and better your performance. Alongside being a chiropractor, she enjoys all things creative and is a passionate artist specialising in realistic wildlife drawings.
