During treatments she uses a variety of techniques such as spinal manipulation, mobilizations, exercise rehabilitation, trigger point therapy, IASTM and a combination of muscle and soft tissue techniques which are all tailored to your body’s needs. Throughout her time in practice she enjoys treating patients of all ages, helping them understand their diagnosis and how they can also help themselves along with chiropractic care.
When not in the clinic, Helena is an avid gym goer specialising in strength training. She understands how important optimal body function is in sporting performance- even if you are not in pain, it is important to understand and help your biomechanics to prevent injury in the future and better your performance.
